QUALITY POLICY

The partners of M I Products (cov) LLP will ensure through ongoing performance review, evaluation and consultation with interested parties, the determination and setting of future company quality objectives which will continue to reflect the future visions, strategies and policies of the company, i.e.

  • Striving to ensure the continuing provision of design, development and supply of procured Window/Door handles, hinges etc. that are both fit for intended purpose, supplied at the right time and at the right price.
  • Providing additional effective design support facilities to individual customers in order for them to attain their own defined product specifications.

In addition to the above the partners have also determined that that the company quality policy is also to be utilised as a means of further leading the business towards improving output performance by:-

  • Effectively engendering a culture of quality awareness and vigilance in all employees.
  • Providing interested parties, detail of pertinent information in respect to our internal performance and that of satisfying external customer needs and requirements and measuring the effectiveness of the achievement of the same, through informal and formal management review in order to idenitify various opportunities and needs for continual improvement.
  • Planning product order requirement and processing i.e design, development and procurement of products etc. to ensure the ongoing achievement of internal and external customer satisfaction i.e. needs and expectations.
  • Effectively maintaining our premises, plant and equipment and improving working practise as and when new technology becomes effectively available.
  • The ongoing evaluation and review of our quality management systems generated information, particularly that of pre-planned internal quality audits relating to customer order processing, verification and inspection processes and procedures in order to again identify opportunities and needs for continual improvement.
  • Determining of Employee knowledge and ability requirements, through business development, ongoing management review and the provision of appropriate training as maybe identified.
