Our adjustable butt hinge has been designed in die cast zinc material for strength and durability. The chosen coatings offer enhanced protection against all usual environments. Both the powder coated and “PVD” gold coatings offer in excess of 1000 hrs salt spray protection.
They offer 6mm of lateral adjustment and 3 hinges will hold a 100kg door.
Fully loaded doors have been cycle tested and complete in excess of 100000 cycles.
Hinges are available in white, brown and pvd gold coatings in either flat, 5 deg or 15 deg leaf angle.
